Warranty and Returns


  • Our returns policy lasts 30 days for manufacturing or materials defects.

  • You return the product within 30 days of purchasing it from us; And you bear all costs, such as shipping and insurance, related to the return of the product to us.
  • To enquire about returning your product, please email our Sales team sales@spindriftsoftboards.com.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 
  • Damage to any surfboard resulting from wear and tear, misuse, exposure to the sun, heat or elements, or simply caused by the demands of the board when in use, or any other damage or breakage of any kind that is not caused by a manufacturing or materials defect, is not covered at any time.
  • Installation of any parts and accessories, such as fins, grips or mounts, on the Softboard voids the warranty.

  • If for any reason you are not happy with any items purchased, Spindrift will happily exchange or refund the item if it is within 30 days from the date of purchase, without question, providing that;

  • You have proof of purchase (receipt or invoice); The products are returned in their original packaging with all labels and instruction manuals included, unused and undamaged

  • The product you are returning is part of our current range

  • We strongly recommend that you use registered post for all refund and exchange items as we assume no responsibility for lost items.

  • Please allow 2 weeks for faulty claims to be fully processed.
